Nephar
In the merciless sands, under the scorching rays of the Sun, the pyramids of Nephar rise. This majestic kingdom flourishes under the rule of Ra, to whose will everything is subjected. The Nepharians have no doubt that even the Sun itself serves the will of their lord. Within the shining glory of the Supreme God is an invisible network of spies and informants. Using cunning and intrigue, the Nepharians win where brute force is powerless.
Ra
In the eyes of the Nepharians, Ra is the living embodiment of the Sun, a majestic and undisputed ruler. They believe that its divine light illuminates the Pantheon's path to prosperity. By commanding the Sun, Ra generously rewards those who have proven their loyalty and punishes those who have provoked his wrath. Both mortals and Gods bow to the majesty of the Sun King in hopes of gaining his favor. Others fear becoming a victim on the altar, finding themselves out of his favor.
Pantheon
As the absolute ruler of Nephar, Ra created the Circle of Oaths, an intricate web of laws and rules. Limited by these rules, the Gods and mortals of the Leaf formed three alliances called the Nomes. Their divine leaders, the Nomarchs, use intrigue and covert games to fight for the favor of Ra. The ruler of Nephar skillfully controls the Nomes, using them as a single mechanism to extend his power and will beyond the boundaries of the Leaf.
